10/09/2015 HotelWare PMS now officially certified with Leading Hotels of the World (LHW). Theova UHS has successfully implemented an interface connecting HotelWare PMS with Voyager Central Reservation System (CRS) of Trust Reservation Systems adopted by Leading Hotels of the World (LHW). The interface with Voyager enables members of LHW to load their PMS data (rates & Availability) into the Trust - Voyager CRS in a fraction of the normal time streamlining their operation on a daily basis. Furthermore all reservations made through Voyager will be delivered electronically to HotelWare PMS. This new development is within Theova UHS ongoing efforts to provide Hoteliers with the necessary tools to optimise workflows and thus improve their operational effectiveness. The HoteWare PMS interface with LHW CRS will eliminate the labor- and time-intensive process of updating the CRS with the latest rate and availability manually. Additionally with the automated reservations delivery it will greatly reduce the potential for errors and at the same time will provide LHW member Hotels with more accurate, up-to the minute reservations management.
