Acceptance of Terms
This website (“the Site”) is the property of UHS United Hospitality Solutions (“the Company”). Each service provided by the Company shall be governed by the terms and conditions of each such service. The user/visitor/customer (hereinafter called “the user”) of the Site hereby declares that he irrevocably accepts the content of the declarations and terms of use hereunder set out, under which the access and the use of the Site is governed.

The right to use the Site and the and services provided through the Site is given according to these terms and to policies and guidelines that the Company may, from time to time, issue to this respect.

Where access to certain web pages of the Site is restricted by the use of a password or other access key, the right to use any such web pages is restricted to the rightful holder of such a password to the exclusion of any third party. The user, who is the rightful holder of the password, is alone responsible for the safe keeping of the password. The Company bears no responsibility for the loss of the password and/or for the unauthorized use of the password by any person who is not the rightful holder of the password according to a reference or database maintained by the Company.

Availability

The Company will endeavour to ensure that the Site is accessible at all times. However, the Company will not be liable if, for any reason, the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period of time. The Company maintains its exclusive right to suspend access to the Site for any period of time, even permanently, without prior notice. The Company will not be liable for loss or damage arising in contract, tort or otherwise if the Site becomes unavailable or is suspended for any reason.

Alterations
The Company reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to revise the content of this Site, including the present terms. Any changes may be posted on the Site, and by continuing to use the Site following any such change, the user signifies that he agrees to be bound by any such revised terms.

Exclusion of Liability
Information contained on the Site is provided for information purposes only and the Company uses reasonable endeavours to ensure that it is accurate at the date of publication. However, because of the nature of the Internet, there may be circumstances under which errors or omissions in the information may occur which are beyond the reasonable control of the Company.

Nothing in the content of the web pages of the Site can be construed as professional advice. The users of the Site hereby accept that the Company cannot be held liable for any loss and/or damage direct and/or indirect in relation to anything that is published or posted on the web pages of the Site or can be downloaded through the Site.

The Company hereby declares that it does not consider that the Site is primarily targeted to children and minors. The services of the Site which deal with on-line services, including the use of banking services or credit cards, should be conducted by adult users who are the only persons responsible for the safe keeping of any financial, credit card, or banking details. It is assumed that any order and/or purchase through the Site has been carried out by the rightful owner of the credit card and/or the banking details, save where it has been decided by a Cyprus Court that such details have been stolen.

The Company cannot warrant that the Site is free of viruses or technical defects of any description or nature, and will not be responsible for any technical problems that may arise trough or by the use of the Site, including any harm or loss to the hardware or software of the user

Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable to the user for any breach of these terms or any failure to provide, or any delay in providing, services through the Site that results from any event or circumstance beyond the Company’s reasonable control. This includes, without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, fire, explosion and accident.

Email
There is no guarantee that any e-mail sent, or information conveyed through the Site, will be received by the Company, or that the content of any such e-mail or information will remain private during transmission.

Copyright
The content available on or through the Site, the text, graphics, logos, pictures, screen displays, lists and menus, the general make up, the databases (information, data and pictures), electronic buttons and programs are the property of the Company. The composition, compilation and collection to database of the content of the Site is the exclusive property of the Company. The programs and systems which make up the Site or are used by the Site are the property of the Company or appropriately licensed by the Company.

The user is only permitted to download or print the information available on the Site for personal use, unless he/she receives written consent from the Company to download or print the information for other purposes. In this case, while still the intellectual property of the Company, the downloading or printing of that information will be subject to the conditions contained in that written consent. The user is not permitted to reproduce, store or transmit any information available on the Site in whole or in part for any reason unless he/she has received written consent from the Company to do so. In this case his/her activity will be subject to the conditions contained in that written consent. Otherwise, any copying, translation, reproduction, transmission, circulation, reissue, printing, sale of any part or the whole of the content of the web pages of the Site is strictly forbidden.

Links

The Site contains links to web pages which do not fall within the sphere of control of the Company. The Company and the user hereby declare that the Company cannot be held liable for the content or characteristics of the said links.

Cookies
The Site uses cookies, which are pieces of text stored in the memory of the computer of the user. The user may at any time disable the ability to accept cookies by changing the properties of his/her web browser and/or operating system. Any such disablement or restriction of the capability to accept cookies will affect the uninterrupted and effective use of the services of the Site.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed, construed and interpreted in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Cyprus and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Nicosia, Cyprus.
